Project Title: Synthesis and Characterization of Nanocrystalline Cellulose from Waste Cassava Pulp for Potential Supercapacitor Integration
Project Leader: Prof. Rodel D. Guerrero, Ph.D.
Duration: 11 months (February 2025 – December 2025)
Salary: Php 15,208.80/month
Tentative Schedule of Interview: February 3, 2025

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preferably a graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering, BS in Environmental Engineering, BET-Chemical Engineering technology, or related fields
  • Collect, analyze, and organize research data.
  • Conduct reviews and summarize relevant research.
  • Assist with laboratory experiment setup and execution, including the supervision of undergraduate and graduate students, if applicable.
  • Assists in the preparation of the progress/accomplishment reports, research papers, and records.
  • Prepare communication, travel, financial documents and other relevant documents to the project (TO, DV, PR, JOR, etc.).
  • Facilitate in processing of project related documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Leader
