Republic Group of Companies, in which French Cement company, Lafarge Cement, is a strategic investor, opens its doors to young Engineers for its CADET ENGINEERING PROGRAM - a fast track development program for future leadership positions in the group.

The Cadet Engineer Program is an international preparatory program, which includes leadership and technical training in both local and foreign companies associated with Lafarge - to include anyone of the group's plants in Batangas, Bulacan, Norzagaray, Iligan, Teresa Rizal, and Lafarge Technical Centers within the Asean region, for potential placement in electrical and mechanical maintenance, quarry, and production and process functions.

Job Specification:

• Must be graduate of BS Chemical Engineering (BSChe) / Mechanical Engineering (BSME) / Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and Mining Engineering courses
• Can either be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of work experience
• Must be in the top 10% of his graduating class or have a professional engineering license
• Must posses leadership qualitites
• Must be results-driven and willing to gain hands on experience
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) a must
