Processing Plant Manager

Qualifications:

• Preferably Male
• Candidate must possess at least a professional License (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year/s of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• With background in Processing Plant Operations.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative
• Keen to details
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership to ensure that all process and maintenance activities are performed in accordance to the production targets
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting procedures for production
• Monitor operations budgeting and cost control systems.
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work on shifting and extended schedule

Asst. Processing Plant Manager

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female
• Candidate must possess at least a professional License (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year/s of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• With background in Processing Plant Operations.
• Keen to details

• Reports to the Processing Plant manager.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting procedures for production

Ball Mill Operator

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Preferably Male
• With background in Processing Plant Operations
• Keen to details

Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitors equipment
• Records operational data and provides daily and weekly reports.
• Address malfunction of the equipment if necessary
• Willing to work on shifting and extended schedule
