The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management is in need of a Culinary Arts lecturer, preferably with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management
• Master’s Degree or masteral units earned in the related field is an advantage
• At least 1-year teaching or 2-years industry experience on related field in a reputable industry
• Competency to effectively manage and motivate a diverse class
• Excellent in intra-personal and interpersonal skills
